Design of the Control System for Step Motor Based on MCU

ABSTRACT

A control system for step motor based on 8051 MCU is designed in this paper. The pulse signal is produced by the MCU. The step motor is driven by the ring points circuit and the power amplification circuit. The instruction is entered by the matrix keyboard, and the rotational speed of the step motor is shown on the nixie tube. Prepared by applying SCM control procedures and building control circuit, it is convenient to control the movement of the stepper motor.
