Research on Innovation and Cost Management Based on Project Integrated Management Theory

ABSTRACT

The main work of this paper aims at the existing defects of the theory and practice of domestic engineering project cost management and its deficiencies, and based on a correct understanding of the project cost concept, sets up the theoretical system of project cost management science and project operation cost management method. This paper analyzes the project organization mode of the engineering industry’s current situation, lack of integrated management mode and the ways of implementing the management ideas and computer integrated manufacturing management methods, which are applied to engineering project management. It further puts forward the concept of an integrated management model integrating the three parts of engineering project management thought, constructed by the project life cycle management factors.
