ABSTRACT

Retroperitoneal tumours usually attain large size until they present with symptoms of lump in the abdomen or with features of adjacent organ involvement. Occasionally, by virtue of their location, they may mimic pathologies of organs in their vicinity. We report a case of Retroperitoneal Leiomyosarcoma which masqueraded as Primary Liver Schwannoma.
