ABSTRACT

Over the last two decades, there exist ever-increasing changes in tornado frequency over Ontario, Canada. It is shown through a composite analysis that the tornado events occur more frequently over Ontario with stronger low-level cyclonic circulations and stronger baroclinicity under conditions of warmer atmospheric temperature.
