The Open Communication Journal offers scholars around the world an opportunity to publish peer-reviewed research of high caliber. Its focuses are: cultural communication, language and visual communication, rhetoric studies, discourse analysis, communication and science, communication pedagogy and pragmatics, political, professional and technical communication, as well as propaganda studies, the history of communication and e-communication studies. Contributions may take the form of original research articles, extended reviews or informative letters that contribute significantly to knowledge, as well as guest edited thematic issues on topics of particular relevance to their chosen field or to current affairs.
